Rewarding Experience From the moment we walked in the door of the dealership, we were made to feel at home. Tom greeted us and explained that he was closing a sale and int From the moment we walked in the door of the dealership, we were made to feel at home. Tom greeted us and explained that he was closing a sale and introduced us to Mandy who was wonderful. She showed us several vehicles and thoroughly explained them all. We settled on one and she helped with the purchasing. Nicole then took over with the financing and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Great experience buying a new ES300h Mandy did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle and our choices from what was available in stock. When we didn't want to buy at the firs Mandy did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle and our choices from what was available in stock. When we didn't want to buy at the first visit she was respectful and professional. Closing the deal over the phone and at the second visit was also handled professionally and expeditiously. I would highly recommed this dealer. More

One of the reasons we decided to purchase a Lexus vehic Overall, our experience with Shaun, Mandy and the whole Lexus of Melbourne team was top notch. One of the reasons we decided to purchase a Lexus vehicle is because I know when I go in there, every time, I will have an exceptional experience. From what I can see, this dealership truly works as a team, putting the customer first. Shaun and Mandy went above and beyond to help meet my wants and needs and truly give me their best service and best deal possible. Finally, our work with Juan in financing was quick, honest and informative. He did well explaining all the paperwork and additional warranty options. We love Lexus but have not always seen this level of service everywhere we have been. We are so excited to be a part the Lexus of Melbourne family and plan to continue purchasing vehicles through them in the future. More
