I service all my Audis (4 so far) to that dealership. It is an awesome place with amazing people working there. I have been servicing my vehicles for the past 6 years there and I will not change this dealer is an awesome place with amazing people working there. I have been servicing my vehicles for the past 6 years there and I will not change this dealership for any other in the area.My service advisor Mandy is awesome!Very professional,courteous,friendly and addresses all my questions and concerns in a speedy and efficient manner.I always get the appointments I request on the day that are convenient for me,I am always provided with a loaner car and I never had a bad service there.My car is very well serviced and always clean when I pick it up! I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone not just for purchasing a new vehicle but also for their amazing service team. Mandy Walters did a great job handling my repair. I needed new brakes, and Mandy took my car in quickly, and got me a prompt ride home. I was leaving town and did not need a loner, but Mandy brought my needed new brakes, and Mandy took my car in quickly, and got me a prompt ride home. Too bad there isn't a rating that's better than Excellent. That would be reserved for Stephen Barber and the crew at Crown Audi. I've been in the area for over 20 years and until now have done all Excellent. That would be reserved for Stephen Barber and the crew at Crown Audi. I've been in the area for over 20 years and until now have done all my business with the Tampa Audi dealer due to proximity. After a personal visit there to buy a car, then a phone call, then an email with no response, I decided to give the good folks at Crown a call instead. Turns out it was the best decision I've made in a long time. I contacted Crown by email and Stephen contacted me within the hour. Pleasant surprise number one. I met with him the following day and he was all smiles and very welcoming. Pleasant surprise number two. After a discussion of my wish list he came up with three vehicles to review. Pleasant surprise number three. The first 2012 A6 he showed me was exactly what I was looking for. No need to look any further. Pleasant surprise number four. Price? Perfect-exactly what I had in mind. Pleasant surprise number five. Trade In price? Perfect. Pleasant surprise number six. Get where I'm going with this? I think I have about 20 more pleasant surprises on the list but I'll stop here to make a long story short. When you decide to buy your next car give the Audi line a look. In my humble opinion they've become the best cars on the road (and I've had the Porsches and the BMW's, etc.). And more importantly, if you don't buy or lease it from Crown you're making a huge mistake. Hands down they are the best dealership that I've been to in the State of Florida. Thank You Pat Woodford for a painless deal-making experience, thank you Mandy for your help in delivering my car in a professional way, and most importantly thank you Stephen Barber for introducing me to your dealership and taking me step by step through a wonderful car buying experience!
