My son and I went to BMW of Bridgewater because I was looking to purchase an X3 xDrive30i. My son went inside to find someone to help us while I stayed outside looking at the cars. When I turned around, my son was walking out of the dealership with Manjula Biju who greeted me with a smile and introduced herself. When I told her what I was looking for she checked her system and told me they had what I was looking for and then walked us to the car. We went for a test drive and I really liked the car but my sons, one of them is a BMW owner, suggested that I look at other cars. When I told Manjula that this is what I was going to do, she was so nice about it and said, “No Pressure”, and gave me her business card and said call her if I changed my mind. Long story short, I came back to purchase the car. Prior to signing any paperwork, a nice gentleman named Devin did an excellent job showing me how to work all the technology/features in the car. I was so glad he did because this is my first BMW and I had no idea how to work anything. Overall, it was a great experience that I will never forget! More
