Manjula answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had and stayed in contact with me throughout my decision process! I eventually booked a flight from N.C. to N.J. and once again she stayed in contact with me throughout the travel day. Upon arrival she had the vehicle in tip top shape, had her wonderful BMW Genius Danielle Semenza go through the vehicle in great detail and made my buying process smooth and seamless! Manjula even called me later that day to ask me how I felt in the vehicle and to also remind me to text her when I arrived back in N.C.! Talk about excellent customer service!!!
