Was previously a customer of a different dealership. Had an urgent need for a state inspection, called the store and they told me to come in. I was greeted by Manny and he took the car directly to the b Had an urgent need for a state inspection, called the store and they told me to come in. I was greeted by Manny and he took the car directly to the back. He walked me around the dealership and made sure that I was comfortable in the waiting area and got me a cup of coffee! Within the next 30 minutes, he came back and said that there was wear on the rear tires and recommended replacement. As well, he notified me of upcoming service interval. I authorized the replacement of the tires and then went on the Internet and saw that Manny’s price for the tires was better than you can get online!!! When the car was finished, Manny came over and personally walked me through what would be needed on the next visit, and gave me all of his contact information. He also told me there was a discount coupon for my service that was due on the next visit. About a month later, we went back for the service. There was an odd noise inside the car and we knew it would take several days to diagnose. Manny gave me a loaner car that had 9 miles on it, that’s right brand new! The service interval was completed and the diagnosis of the noise took several days and all along the way I would get texts and updates from Manny. When the car was done, he told me to come in at my convenience and we went to pick it up and the car was fully washed and vacuumed. You couldn’t ask for better service, Manny is clearly dedicated to and passionate about what he does. He is all about excellent service and communication. Manny knows what to do to earn loyalty and build trust. We are now customers for life! More
