Hector Estrada reminds me of what it was like to buy a vehicle 15 years ago outstanding customer service makes you appreciate every interaction. I didn't want to do this but you keep sending me emails. So you asked for it. Sales Team 10/10, Finance Team 10/10. Maintenance Team 3/10. Upon delivery I found the "replaced battery" loose and not pro So you asked for it. Sales Team 10/10, Finance Team 10/10. Maintenance Team 3/10. Upon delivery I found the "replaced battery" loose and not properly bolted down, 2 leaking tires that showed to be repaired. All 5 tires date code from 2020 (that's over 5 years old). I requested them to do alignment prior to delivery, that never happened. I have a list but I'm sure this will be disregarded. And don't get me started on the 48volt auxiliary battery under the jeep. All in all. A vehicle with 12K miles should have been looked over better by your team. Lesson learned. More
