My experience at Rusty Wallis Honda was amazing. As soon as my brother and I walked in the door we were immediately greeted and taken care of. As soon as I told them what type of vehicle I was looking for t as my brother and I walked in the door we were immediately greeted and taken care of. Shopping for a newer mini van to replace our 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan was an unexpected pleasure. We were greeted and shown vehicles very quickly. I went to Rusty Wallis Honda to look at used Accords. I worked with Manny Garcia and after finding the car I was interested in, he worked to get the pricing needed to complete the deal. When I found a better price for my trade, Manny worked to match the price. When it came time to close the deal and sign the paperwork, Amir Hamghalam made it very easy to understand all of the paperwork. Amir was able to get me a better interest rate on my financing than I had from another bank. Both Manny and Amir made it very easy to purchase my 2011 Accord. This is my second used car purchase from Rusty Wallis Honda. In both cases it was very easy to find the car and complete deal. Rusty Wallis Honda has been a great place to purchase my last two cars. Manny was able to answer my questions about the Accord and if he didn't know the answer, he found it and didn't try to bluff his way through the answer like salesmen at other dealerships. I found my car on Cars.com and then followed up on the Rusty Wallis website and ended up working with Manny Garcia. He was VERY helpful. He answered all my questions and when I asked him something specific about the vehicle, he checked it out for me and was back with me within a few minutes (I think I did this 4 or 5 times)! We negotiated a good price (for me, at least) and we were rolling! I live near Detroit so I had to fly in. I was picked up at the airport by Kirk Yost who was there to pick me up less than 3 minutes after I walked out of the door...I SWEAR TO GOD!!! I got to the dealership, the car was ready (It looked GREAT), I test drove it and was on my way back to Detroit within an hour of my plane landing!! The car is great as well, It made the 19 hour drive with only the same rest (3hr nap) as I got. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I have anything negative to say about Manny, it is that he is a Dallas Cowboys fan. But it isn't his fault, he's from Dallas and he doesn't know any better! Ha ha ha!
