I appreciate the professionalism and courteous service provided by Ramon and especially by Manny Garcia, the Service Department Manager who took over troubleshooting the mechanical issue with my 2007 Fron provided by Ramon and especially by Manny Garcia, the Service Department Manager who took over troubleshooting the mechanical issue with my 2007 Frontier. I was not greated when I walked into the service department. I was asked by 3 different people if I'd been helped only to be told they'd be right with me. Two employees said the f word right in f department. I was asked by 3 different people if I'd been helped only to be told they'd be right with me. Two employees said the f word right in front of me and my wife. When i finally was helped, although I made an appointment to have a recall taken care of, I had to wait 10 minutes while the guy went to see if they had the part only to be told they'd have to order it and I could schedule an appointment once it was in. The guys made me feel like it was my fault. It was a waist of my time that could have been prevented had they checked when I initially scheduled the appointment. If I didn't have to go back, I wouldn't. It was an awful experience. More
