We love the service department at Vision Kia. We have been trying to buy another Kia for months but find the sales department to be unreliable and disrespectful. We had an appointment to drive a Kia at 1:00 a few days ago and we got there and the car wasn’t there. The salesman said the car( that has sat on the lot for the last 3 months) was out for a test drive and it looked like the people were going to buy it. He didn’t call us to cancel( yes, he had all our information). I asked to see 2025 Sorento xe and he said he didn’t have any on the lot but we could come back sometime. Done done done. We’ve had 3 Kia’s from Visionand now we will look elsewhere. We are very senior citizens and the interest in helping us was clearly not there. More

John was great. Process was fast and easy. I am very disappointed with aspects of the cleanliness of the vehicle when I took possession. I spent 30 minutes scraping Process was fast and easy. The inside was covered with grime as well. I had to use a large razor window scraper to get this stuff off. Other parts were direct too. One expects a completely and truly clean vehicle when it’s purchased. More
