The salesman said the car( that has sat on the lot for the last 3 months) was out for a test drive and it looked like the people were going to buy it. He didn’t call us to cancel( yes, he had all our information). I asked to see 2025 Sorento xe and he said he didn’t have any on the lot but we could come back sometime. Done done done. We’ve had 3 Kia’s from Visionand now we will look elsewhere. We are very senior citizens and the interest in helping us was clearly not there. More
