They were horrible to deal with- very uncommunicative, I was unable to reach them by phone and they didn’t respond to my voicemail and barely responded to my texts. At one point I was able to get them on the phone and they had no idea if they had my car at all, told me I’d need to come in person to pay the deposit and sign insurance forms that I had already done when I brought my car to them initially. Because I don’t live in Rochester, I had a friend go in person to verify that they even had my car, which they did, but hadn’t started working on it. For the next few weeks after that, I heard nothing from them except for when I badgered them to give me any sort of timeline of when they would start working on my car or how long it would take to repair (they never gave me a timeline but did tell me they had started working on it). Additionally, insurance had to submit an updated claim because they missed a few things on the initial claim, but the dealership was unresponsive/did not acknowledge receiving the updated claim so those issues with my car are still not fixed. All around a horrible experience, on top of the horrible experience of getting my car stolen.

Went to pick up my car and found damage to it that they had billed me for fixing. They hadn’t even ordered the part yet. They took the keys back, and told me it would be fixed the next day. It’s been almost a week and the only reason they gave me is that they didn’t even order the part. They were perfectly ready for me to drive off the lot with a damaged car, missing a part that on their BOL they claimed they had already ordered and installed.
