Staff told me it was a system issue, assured me the correct oil was used, and offered to re-do the service for free. While I appreciate the resolution, I expected a dealership to be more detail-oriented with both service and billing. Unfortunately, this first experience was off-putting, and I don’t plan to return to this service center.
