I was introduced to Ronny upon arriving at the dealership. He was respectful and made me feel at ease. He explained everything I needed to know about the car. The test drive was smooth. He explained the interior to me and set personal features. His sense of humor was refreshing. I feel good about my buy except there is NO printed owners manual in the glove box! That was a big disappointment. That might sound petty, but I rely on it for helping me understand a new vehicle. Thank you Ronny! More
