Usually easy to get appointment. last visit I had basic service but after 1.5 hrs I had to find out my car was ready - no text alert and no coming to find even though I asked anothe last visit I had basic service but after 1.5 hrs I had to find out my car was ready - no text alert and no coming to find even though I asked another service agent to find him for me. First of all your company should call when you’re running an hour behind. Then I’m told it will probably not take that long and I will be kept updated on the status of my car and I was never updated and the an hour behind. Manuel wouldn’t even answer my texts to him on the status. Never been treated like by a dealership. Hope to sell this Toyota soon so I don’t have to go back!!!!!!! More

Last time I was a walk-in for service, the wait was an hour. This time I made an appointment as suggested because it was supposed to be quicker. The wait was still a little over an hour. Then they were trying to sell an additive to help the oil lubricant my engine. My car has 10k miles and oil is the lubricant. I hate having someone trying to sell me something I dont need. More
