My appointment was at 11:30am, for an oil change. I waited for my vehicle and did not leave till 3:38 pm. They never let me know how long it would take. If they told me I would be there for four hour waited for my vehicle and did not leave till 3:38 pm. They never let me know how long it would take. If they told me I would be there for four hours I would have just rescheduled verses waiting a whole dam day for a oil change. More
