Very convenient to work with this dealership. I found my experience to be extremely smooth. Did NOT waste my time and were very professional. After previous bad experiences at other dealerships, I was very experience to be extremely smooth. Did NOT waste my time and were very professional. After previous bad experiences at other dealerships, I was very concerned about buying or shopping for a car again. I made it clear that I didn’t have a lot of extra time to spend at the dealership. Manny & the finance department were very respectful of this. Overall I was pleased with the negotiation process and was happy to give them my business since I felt they deserved my business & treated me respectfully. They had a good Made an appointment at my requested time after having checked the website for availability of a car we might be interested in buying. They had a good selection. When we arrived we were assigned a sales person who showed us the car. After a quick test drive Manny worked out details and we discussed options for our purchase. He was patient and explained every financial detail. After discussing (in private)we made our purchase right then and there. We were also satisfied with the attention to safety with respect to Covid-19 they took. That was a main concern at the time. We drove our beautiful new car home later that afternoon. Thanks Manny! This is my fourth Mazda vehicle purchased at Wayne Mazda. They have a huge inventory of vehicles and the Sales people do not pressure you to make the sale. They work with me on my schedule.
