From walking in the door to meeting our fabulous sales representative, Sal Catalano, to ordering the truck, to Manny Pinho's explanation of financing options, through production updates and delivery, the entire process was pleasant and seamless; every step exceeded my rather elevated expectations. When the time comes to purchase another new car, Family Ford will be my first stop and Sal's is the only name I'll need to know. I went in for a new car but I found a dealership. More

Rodrigo was a pleasure to do business with. He was very knowledgeable and especially about the car we purchased. Rodrigo is the true meaning of "Above & Beyond". We felt so comfortable (for the first time in buying a car) and never felt pressured. Even after I had my keys to my new car, and out purchase was complete, my husband and I we asked him to show us a Truck even knowing we were not going to purchase it until the new year.
