I had a wonderful experience at Pacific BMW. It was my first time there and making an appointment with a loaner car was easy. I got there on time and the process was extremely organized. I especially liked that I didn’t have to get out of my car to get the process going. Before being greeted by my advisor, the gentleman looked up my appointment details and then my advisor came over and greeted me. He asked what I was doing today and explained the process. In the meantime, my information was collected for the loaner car. Once my car was ready, I received a message from the mechanic regarding what was done and it made my day!!! I wasn’t expecting it as o had never received a video update as detailed and it made me appreciate the whole service process even more! They got the work done in a timely manner and I picked up a freshly washed car. It was a great experience and the people I interacted with were friendly and easy going. I definitely recommend this dealer. More
