Submitted all the information they needed for the loaner ahead of time. By the time I got to the dealer, I dropped-off my vehicle for service and waited less than 5 minutes to sign the paperwork and get my ahead of time. By the time I got to the dealer, I dropped-off my vehicle for service and waited less than 5 minutes to sign the paperwork and get my loaner. My vehicle was ready for pick-up in less than 4 hours so the drop-off was very smooth. I walked in and was able to get checked-out as soon as I walked in and my vehicle arrived as soon as I walked out of the door. WOW! Great service! More

I think there needs to be a sign telling you exactly where to go when you go to pick up your car. Dropping my car off has always seemed organized and personal. Picking it up, I never feel like anybody where to go when you go to pick up your car. Dropping my car off has always seemed organized and personal. Picking it up, I never feel like anybody really knows what was done to the car or why. Sure, they can read the printout but it doesn't seem like they are aware of your issue or what really happened. I guess I would like it to seem more personal. That would give me the impression that there was ownership by the service advisors, etc. I walk into the big room that overlooks the drop off, pick area and there are just some people sitting at desks. It seems like I always feel like I shouldn't be in there. They kind of look up from their monitors and seem to wonder why you're there. Maybe I've just been unlucky the few times I've had to take my car in. I think there ought to be a window or a clearly marked sign for "pick up". I used to feel more welcome when I went to the Jeep service department with my previous car. Don't get me wrong, it's not like a horrible experience or anything but it just seems disorganized and random. All of the other customers seem to have confused looks on their faces as well.. More
