I had a flat tire on Tues at around 3 pm and they refused to see me that day and didn’t have loaner cars. Finally when I did bring it in, the rep never called me to update, I had to call him, it took 3 days to see me that day and didn’t have loaner cars. Manny did his job without any issues or mistakes. I do find that Audi is more keen on going the extra mile while mercedes could care less about you. I’d consider BMw right in the middle.
