the response from service is that they cannot duplicate the problem when the vehicle is with them, and each time the car is there for about a week. Very disappointing that a dealership is unable to fix th the problem when the vehicle is with them, and each time the car is there for about a week. Very disappointing that a dealership is unable to fix the problem. First time I took the car there for the problem they called and told me the vehicle is repaired and, drove out of the lot and before I got to the first signal light the error message came on on the screen again. Very disappointed in BMW the brand as a whole. I had 4 BMW in a row and left the brand for Mercedes and had 5 Mercedes in a row, I thought I try them again and have an M8 Comp Cabriolet, an X3 and now an X5, but these will be the last BMWs for my household, customer service is what brings the customer back. I wouldn't take my 328i elsewhere, but only to Pacific BMW in Glendale. They are truly a professional team full of knowledge.
