A little about myself, I began my journey in the automobile industry in January of 1997 after about 12 years in retail grocery during and after my time in college. I began in sales and eventually moved into service so I could spend more time with my then your family. Fast forward to now and I have been with this dealership for 25 plus years because I love the people I work with. Both customers and employees. I look forward to working with you.

Manny was fantastic. I was really frustrated when Honda would not help me out on an issue that had an extended warranty out on it for 8 years, unlimited miles (due to the I was really frustrated when Honda would not help me out on an issue that had an extended warranty out on it for 8 years, unlimited miles (due to the fact the original purchase date was 8 years and 1 month ago). I have taken good care of the van and have utilized a local mechanic for all my vehicles for 20 years and was told the extended warranty wouldn’t be even considered past the date because I had only been to a Honda dealer once in the 4 years since I had purchased the vehicle. Manny listened to my frustrations and then worked hard fo time to keep my repair costs down even after some other issues were found as the work was being done. His clear communication, patience, and understanding were second to none. I am still extremely upset with Honda, but I am extremely grateful for Manny and the work he did on my behalf to make the experience of the repairs a fantastic one. Honestly, I probably won’t be a Honda again after what transpired, but with this van I will seek out Manny if and when I have other issues with it as long as I own the vehicle. More

Best Service after a stressful afternoon!
