Great truck buying experience! I usually dread as I’m sure most people do, buying a new vehicle, with all the stress and frustration associated in purchasing a new vehicle. But I have to be honest with you; my latest experience at Herb Chambers Lincoln in Braintree was about as pleasant an experience as I could have hoped for and made me rethink my earlier statement. I came in to look at a 2015 Ford F250 and was introduced to Mara Russell. She quickly located the vehicle and we were of on a test ride in no time. While on the test ride they evaluated my trade and by the time we got back we were ready to battle or so I thought. The price on the new truck was the best on the internet as I had been looking for some time for just the right truck and the trade was appraised fairly and we were quickly able to come to an “agreement”. When I came to pick up the truck Mara took time to show me all the features in the truck and helped me personalize the door codes and such. Everyone at Herb Chambers and in particular Mara was GREAT to deal with; I can’t say enough good about them. I would highly recommend Mara as well as Herb Chambers and when it’s time for another vehicle I will certainly start my search there. Keep up the good work! Sincerely Dave Houlihan More

After the sale Mara encouraged us to drive the SUV for a week and return to the dealership with follow up questions we may have. The whole process took two days from test drive to drive away with a new 2016 MKX all registered and insured. All in all best experience in purchasing an auto ever. More

I recently leased a 2016 MKx through her and the experience was first rate. Mara was funny, friendly, personable, helpful, totally knowledgeable about the intricacies and features of the vehicle, and NOT pushy. I met with her, and spent about an hour looking and test driving and decided that I liked the car, but that the monthly payment was to high. I looked at several other comparable cars and decided in the end that the MKx was the best vehicle, so I made some compromises in my monthly budget to more comfortably accommodate the monthly payment. I went back to the dealership to tell Mara that I would take the car and she wasn't there that day. There was no way I was going to let another rep close the deal she started, so I came back when she was at the dealership. She's the best and earned the commission 100%! I would recommend Mara to anyone interested in a Lincoln. For my money, she's the ideal sales consultant. More
