I had a great experience with Marc during the process of purchasing a new Toyota Rav4. The car had to be ordered because there was not any available on the parking lot. Marc was a pleasure to work with. I needed a Sienna and, even when he was on vacation, he made time to call me when the trim level and color I wanted was available, and invited me in I needed a Sienna and, even when he was on vacation, he made time to call me when the trim level and color I wanted was available, and invited me in to see it. The process was easy and painless, as we negotiated the price and financing via text prior to the appointment, so the visit consisted mostly of a test drive and signing paperwork. Marc Brandofina has gone the extra mile for us with our last two vehicle purchases. We just purchased a 2026 Toyota Crown Limited and I wanted specific colors and trim. Inventory is very low for Crowns. Th last two vehicle purchases. We just purchased a 2026 Toyota Crown Limited and I wanted specific colors and trim. Inventory is very low for Crowns. There were only a few that matched my requests at dealerships in the entire country. Luckily, one was in Green Bay and Marc and Umansky doggedly pursued a trade with that dealership to get the one that I wanted. And after some negotiation, we got a price for our trade in that we were happy with. More
