What really impressed me was when I had an accident with my previous lease right before returning it. Marc didn’t hesitate—he helped me get the car to the body shop and made sure everything was handled smoothly. On top of that, he even came in on his day off to assist with purchasing my new car, which shows his dedication to customer service. Marc also shared a valuable tip when I mentioned I had just paid for a new year of registration on my old lease. He explained that in Arizona, I could get credit back by returning the license plate to the DMV after leasing a new car. That kind of knowledge really stood out and saved me some money.
