When the adjuster determined it was irreparable, I called John who worked hard to find me a new Forester. I came in the next day and decided on a Crosstrek. My buying experience with John has always been superb--honest, direct and painless. I really appreciated John's effort to find a car I could drive out with so quickly. He's always wonderful to work with. While I appreciate my terrific buying experience, I'm somewhat disappointed in some aspects of the 2019 Forester and Crosstrek. Half the console dials are dim and barely readable in bright sunlight with sunglasses unlike my 2017 Forester. I'm no longer able to play my Apple Ipod Touch either through Apply Play or by USB which I was able to use in my 2017 Forester by USB and in a loner Kia Soul. However, I'm very grateful for how I was able to walk away from a major accident virtually injury free because of how well built my 2017 Forester was. More

This is our second car purchase from Subaru Superstore of Chandler and I must say, from our Service experience with Angela, to our car purchase experience with Tom Darby, James Cloer and Mark Dicino, this process was nothing short of exceptional. Tom, without a doubt, is the friendliest, most knowledgeable, no pressure car sales associate that me and my wife have ever dealt with. Folks, he knows his stuff when it comes to the Subaru product. From the time me and my wife met Tom, we knew right away that we were about to experience buying a car like we've never experienced. With Tom's laid back, non-pushy, honest, friendly demeanor, we felt completely comfortable and at ease during our new car purchase. Right away Tom was understanding of our needs and took us in the direction of our new Outback. This was my first car purchasing experience from a dealership and he made it relatively painless. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and never pressured me to make the purchase! Morgan was personable and professional throughout the whole experience. He introduced us to Marc Dicino, who walked me through the financial piece of the transaction! Again, Marc was very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. I walked away extremely happy, with the car of my dreams. Thankful for Honesty and Transparency Ron had no problem telling it like it is. We bought a used vehicle and he didn't try to get us out of our price-range. The vehicle was listed online, Ron had no problem telling it like it is. We bought a used vehicle and he didn't try to get us out of our price-range. The vehicle was listed online, but when we showed up to take a look they couldn't show it to us. Instead of trying to get us to test drive a vehicle out of our price, he told us he would keep us in the loop of its availability. When it was ready he called me immediately and we went out after work. Test drove it and were ready to talk about price. There is always some back and forth when it comes to buying a car, but it was much more painless than at other dealerships. Plus, we felt that the price was worth it in the end when we knew that the car had been properly checked and maintenanced. He showed us everything they had done to the car (pouring almost $2500 into it in repairs and new tires). Instead of waiting around for paperwork, Ron sent us home so that we could come back the next day and just sign on the dotted line. I think we spent maybe 2 hours total at the dealership. The financing was a bit of a headache but we were able to shop around and get a rate we wanted, and they had no problem working with us on that. Overall, we are really excited to be a Subaru owner and were happy with the process. More
