In our online searches, we were won over by Subaru and trying to decide between the Forester and the Outback. Ron Lundberg and the whole crew at Subaru Superstore made our first Subaru experience one to remember. As a young couple who were looking to lease (as opposed to buy), we were treated with the most amount of respect, autonomy and patience by the whole team. They were not pushy- let us test drive both car models to help us narrow down our search and helped us get to a price point we were comfortable with. They were incredibly transparent and thorough during the entire financial negotiation. Once we got to the final quote, we were even encouraged to think about it (again so far from pushy which we loved!) we went home to weigh our options for a week- Ron followed up by email during that week. And by the following weekend we were back at the dealership with Ron and Marc finalizing the lease! We felt like we were in great hands the entire step of the process. Even since our purchase, we've received several outreaches from Ron. We are so pleased with our first Subaru Superstore experience and the team there, we have no doubt this will be our last! Can't recommend them enough! More
