I was offered "sight unseen" a price for my trade that matched another dealers offer which tells me that Jim has done this a few times before. Greg Sarantis was very knowledgeable about the features which helped. Greg was surprised that I did not know how to shift the new car into gear and had never driven one before I purchased. I had in mind already what I wanted and found the vehicle I was looking for via cars.com at Crown Eurocars. First, let me preface the rest of my review on the fact that I will now buy my next vehicles online whenever possible. Particularly, given the experience I had with Doran and the team at Crown Eurocars. The negotiation piece started out a little slow but I had the time and I think maybe was mostly due to me. However, once we got moving, my expectations were greatly exceeded. Doran's engagement and genuine interest in my needs was truly a pleasure. As many folks know, the car buying experience can be very stressful and there's a stigma that buyer's typically end up with the short end of the stick in terms of value. I think that stigma has been erased in mind and believe we truly came to an agreement in terms of cost that made us both happy... at least that's was my perception. It is plain to see, Doran is every bit professional, courteous and works in both the best interest of the client and his employer. Same goes for Mark Israel, he found me a loan to replace the financing I already had and was able to reduce my interest rate, obviously saving me the all to fleeting dollars that we all work so hard to obtain. Although, I live in Orlando and have a couple MB Dealers in the area (one I refuse to do business with after my last experience), I can't see a reason why I wouldn't come back to Crown for my next vehicle purchase. It's obvious that the Crown Group operate a model of cascading business / sales philosophies throughout their company and it shows in at least the two folks I dealt with. More

He kept us posted on what inventory became available or would be available in the near future and always promptly responded to our calls/emails. Greg showed a great deal of professionalism, patience, caring and consideration for our financial situation. We never felt rushed, pushed or pressured into buying any car at all, but rather provided with resources and input that ultimately helped us make an informed decision. I have had so many disappointing experience's with salesmen that I cant imagine ever going else where!! Marc Israel was my finance manager who also exceeded my expectations, who also was once again professional and extremely pleasant. Both Stephen and Marc put every effort into making me happy and driving home with my new car the same night which kept all of us there till 10:15 pm. I cannot say enough good things about Steve Doran. As soon as my fiancé and I sat down with him we felt like we knew him already and were instantly comfortable. At no point did I feel any sort of pressure from him and he did everything he could to meet all the details I was looking for in a vehicle and within the budget we were working with. We appreciated how clear cut and honest he was with us as well as determined to meet our needs, and you truly can't ask for more than that in a sales representative. I had a wonderful experience and walked out with my dream car. My fiancé plans to purchase a vehicle within the next couple of months and has already told Steve he would be reaching out to him to do so. It was truly a pleasure to work with someone as easy-going yet professional as Steve and we will be Crown customers for life now because of him. More
