After waiting for months not hearing anything regarding the replacement hatch for my XC90. I called and spoke with Marc, he looked into the situation returned my call, set up an appointment for the follow the replacement hatch for my XC90. I called and spoke with Marc, he looked into the situation returned my call, set up an appointment for the following day. He told me it would take 1 1/2 hours. I arrived was greeted within a few minutes. He replaced the part, washed and vacuumed my car, with no charge, I was on my way. Best service yet!! More

Although I purchased my Volvo at another location, This Volvo Service is near my home and will be using it to service my car (s ). I've had it only for 5 months and after the first snow, the tire pressure Volvo Service is near my home and will be using it to service my car (s ). I've had it only for 5 months and after the first snow, the tire pressure light came on. I drove it to the service department and they checked my car out and cleared any codes all within 15 minutes. The Service Manager was really nice. I look forward to working with the service Center. It was nice to see your employee Robert Clark still at this location for so many years.
