Recall gone bad Brought car in per the recall notice. They "fixed" the recall issue with the coolant hoses. 2 days later car alert while in downtown chicago went on Brought car in per the recall notice. They "fixed" the recall issue with the coolant hoses. 2 days later car alert while in downtown chicago went on saying coolant low...turn off engine. Turns out the coolant had completed leaked out and was empty. Spent too much time back and forth on the phone with service..Finally picked up car with loaner. When they did the recall "fix" created a problem that did't exost priot to drop off. Lack of care and responsibilty was shocking !!!!!! Will tell others to take their cars elsewhere for service More

Attention to details I had my car serviced and the AC recharged a week ago. But then I noticed some puddling under the car (that seemed to be more than water).. The serv I had my car serviced and the AC recharged a week ago. But then I noticed some puddling under the car (that seemed to be more than water).. The service manager offered to take a second look, free of charge and with a 45 minute turnaround. Good to know that all is OK and the puddling was "business as usual" in hot weather. More

By far the best. Mark, the service manager, and John, the mechanic, are the best. We have been taking our 2001 S60 2.4T to them since day one. We trust them.
