It's without a doubt the best service department I've used in the last forty years: clean, well-maintained, efficient, punctual, reliable. Marc Kubil runs a very tight ship! Based on my experience with other dealers/service departments, I'm more than happy to take the time to drive fifteen miles to get there, wait till the job is done, and drive fifteen miles back. If it takes too long to wait, they've given me a loaner so I can drive home and return the next day. M More

In spite of a small parts problem, the repair was handled professionally and the communication was very good. The problem I continue to have with this dealership is trying to get in touch with people. I can rarely get through to Marc or anyone else in the service department, and when I leave a message, my calls are not returned. This is becoming pretty frustrating. More
