I have been visiting Autobarn of Oak Park for over 20 years now. There have been a couple of bumps in the road but the service there has always been professional. Although I have worked with everyone in years now. There have been a couple of bumps in the road but the service there has always been professional. Although I have worked with everyone in the service department, I recently worked with Robert Fellowes on a 60K maintenance appointment on our XC60. He was honest in telling me what I needed and more importantly what I did NOT need at this point. Did not try to convince me of repairing anything that didn't need repairing. He even said he didn't feel comfortable reccomending a certain part until I absolutely needed it. That helped me to keep my cost down until the next time. Always appreciate Robert as well as Marc Kubil and Jamir Garcia. More

I want to address how excellent Marc Kubil from service is and how so attentive he is. He never disappoints. I been going there for my service for everything since 2011 and will continue to go to see him a is and how so attentive he is. He never disappoints. Six years ago I was driving to Chicago from Pennsylvania in my Volvo for my daughter’s wedding. The check engine light came on. I called the “in town” Volvo dealer and was told that they could fit me in in my Volvo for my daughter’s wedding. The check engine light came on. I called the “in town” Volvo dealer and was told that they could fit me in two weeks. I was leaving to go home in a few days and that didn’t matter to them. Marc Kubil, the Service Manager at Oak Park, understood my concerns and fit me in the next day. It was a major issue but I picked the car up the second day. Six years later, I now live in the city of Chicago. I drive to Oak Park for my Volvo service because I can trust them. Marc Kubil is still the Service Manager. He is still the person who took care of me when he had no reason to other than he’s a true servant. Go to him for your Volvo service needs and know he’ll take care of you like family. More
