This dealership was a FANTASTIC experience and I am very thankful that I got a chance to work with Marc and the amazing team they have put together there. I had no intention of purchasing the KIA Sorrent thankful that I got a chance to work with Marc and the amazing team they have put together there. I had no intention of purchasing the KIA Sorrento Hybrid and was just trying to do my due diligence in market comparison when my wife Lauren and I stopped by the dealership, we only had 20 minutes until it was time to go pick our daughter up from school to take her to work and we figured that was all we were going to need. Marc met us at the front door and I asked if there was a Sorrento Hybrid on the lot we could check out real quick, Lauren quickly added, "we're just looking". Marc didn't skip a beat and with a smile on his face took us to the EX model to show us around and answer all of our questions. We let Marc know that we had to go and he told us it was the last one on the lot and that if we were interested we needed to act quickly, I left the lot thinking that was just a sales technique and we went on about our day. We visited several other dealerships before the day was over basing our lot selections on top picks for new model SUVs with a 3rd row, the KIA Sorrento Hybrid was 6th on that list and we checked out every other car on the list above it, not only was the Sorrento Hybrid the least expensive option but it outdid the rest of the cars in every way possible. The comfort, mileage, and styling of KIA's new lineup are beyond comparison. Our #2 choice ended up being the Telluride but without the need for a large towing capacity, the Sorrento Hybrid getting over 30mpg makes it the ultimate family commuter car. After our day's search we went home excited to get back in touch with Marc to discuss the one on the lot, but just to be sure that I was going to make the correct decision I checked the KIA manufacturer's website inventory to see what other Sorrento Hybrid EX's were priced at in the area. As it turns out, the one Marc showed us was the last one available within 100 miles, I ended up texting and calling Marc right as the dealership was closing and he worked with me and one of his managers until well after closing hours through text and phone calls to ensure that we were set up to be first in line the next day. I met Marc as soon as the dealership opened the following morning for a test drive and the highly efficient team they have put together went to work on the finances getting us a great deal. Not only did we drive away with an amazing car at an amazing price but in a market that could have easily charged extra for the last hybrid available, the team sold us the KIA Sorrento Hybrid at $200 under MSRP as a thank you for being a veteran. With five kids still at home and both of us working full-time jobs we need a car that seats at least 6 to make school pick-ups and drop-offs work. We were immediately impressed with the KIA Sorrento Hybrid EX and as Marc began to explain the standard features we quickly realized that this was an amazing value for what it was capable of and aesthetics had not been missed during construction. Lauren is a professional high-end Interior designer and has not stopped talking about how the design team must have been led by an ergonomics specialist because EVERYTHING in the vehicle is placed exactly where it should be, the passenger side armrest with the hand hold falling in just the right place, the drive selector switch, the headrest that protrudes just the right amount forward to catch your head in a natural position, etc., etc., etc. Thank you again to Peak KIA for putting together such a fantastic team and running such a good honest business in a market where that isn't common. I am happy to recommend this dealership! Marc is a fantastic salesman and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel like he was selling me a car, just guiding me through my car-buying process. Although I am sure all of the sales representatives at Peak KIA are great, I can say without a doubt that Marc will make sure you have a great experience and end up in what you want, he helped me find what I was looking for and didn't try to upsell me once! They were super easy to deal with, very thorough, and got me a great deal on a highly sought after vehicle in a very tight market. I would recommend them to anyone, their lifetime warranty on the power train is completely unheard of and the best deal anywhere. Marc Messier is an incredible salesman and the greatest asset a dealership could have. Peak Kia took all the stress out of buying a new car and left me delighted at my new purchase. More

So a week ago, my problems Peak Kia Littleton started. I was running out of time to.buy a car as the rental company wanted theirs back. I had just finished Fan Expo Denver and was looking forward to going I was running out of time to.buy a car as the rental company wanted theirs back. I had just finished Fan Expo Denver and was looking forward to going to a friend's house for a BBQ that evening. That left me with most of the day to car shop. After test driving one, I reached out to my next stop, the aforementioned Peak Kia. Their phone system directed me to sales where I waited for 20 mins listening to their maddening jingle "Peak Kia. It's a great idea!'. I saw their was a feature on their website to text someone directly, which I got an immediate response. The person apologized for my wait on the phone, and would love to schedule a test drive today. They said they'd have someone reach out immediately. I and my guest Anna, drove across town figuring if they were too busy to pick up the phone, we could be there before they called back. Understand, this was a 30 min drive feom my house with today's gas prices. We get there and a security guard tells us the place is closed. "But how could it be? The phone didn't say they were closed, nor did the helpful person...it was an AI, wasn't it?" Sure enough, the intuitive AI had fooled me by apologizing for the long wait on the phone. We had wasted an opportunity and gas, so we just went to the BBQ which was much farther than my side of town now, wasting more gas. Now, understand this. I think it's awesome they gave their entire staff the whole holiday weekend off. I think more businesses should support their staff that way. Peak Kia must be doing quite well to be able to take a loss financially Ike, as holiday weekends with their extra shopping day are prime money making days. Kudos for that. The next day, when I brought this up, the sales person was not remotely apologetic, even bragging about working for a company that gives employees the weekend off. He didnt act as if he cared that i wasted an afternoon driving across town. So, I was done with them. Until several days later, unable to find what I wanted, I decided to try again. Again, a different guy than the first was not sorry I'd wasted my time on the 4th. He even pointed out the remodel that was going on to expand the showroom. So, clearly, this dealership is not struggling. When I explained my situation, that my car had ben totaled and I no extra money than what the settlement had given me. I was told basically they could not work with me, making me an offer still $1000 over what I could pay. And even though they offered to repaint the trunk they'd damaged, they said they could not go halfway to my price, $500 less than their no haggle price. They would sell it, and I was SOL. And understand, I am fully supportive of business having to survive in a tough tough climate right now. I also understand that there is supposedly a shortage of cars out there (though I had no trouble finding cars, just not the one I wanted) so I don't begrudge anyone for doing business. It's the customer experience that matters though and several other businesses did not make me feel the way these guys did, even when they couldn't match my price. They were sympathetic and caring, but I didn't get that from PK. So this why I plan to keep showcasing their poor customer service. I have many reviews lambasting them, especially in the service department. I might just share a few in the days to come.
