After purchasing the vehicle I found out that you expect the vehicle to be dropped off for days in order for you to work on it at your leisure. I NEVER would have purchased a vehicle from you if I knew this the vehicle to be dropped off for days in order for you to work on it at your leisure. I NEVER would have purchased a vehicle from you if I knew this ahead of time. I live 46miles 1 way from you & I have no family at home. And no one who wants to drive over 90 miles first thing in am. I have poor health & shouldn’t be without a vehicle but water under the bridge I know now & it’s the last time I purchase a vehicle from y’all!! I called prior to coming over for service said I had problem & car needed a more extensive maintenance than oil change. I was told to bring the car it will be ok it’ll be taken care of. I got there the lady greeted me told me I’d have to drop it off. I told her I’d called before coming over she went & spoke with the manager & thank God he agreed to service the car that day!! I’m overly grateful for that!! I’m trying to pay the car off quick so once the agreement runs out on the warranty I will take it to a place closer, cheaper & will work on the vehicle that day!! More

Made deal with salesman over phone. Submitted credit info, DL and insurance as requested. Made appointment for afternoon of next business day for delivery. Next business day they called and texted to confirm our appointment and I confirmed both. Later that morning they notified me another salesman had a family looking at buying the vehicle and it might not be available. Told me their policy was not to hold used cars. Then upon delivery of car found out even though the online advertisement listed factory extended warranty as being included I was told that was a mistake and it was not included. I will never purchase any vehicle or service from a Peltier business again. More
