Shady practices with awful management. If it were up to them id of never gotten that corrected most likely. 500 miles after buying the vehicle the alternator and battery go out and trans starts to slip. Was told by the service manager that id be taken care of but then told by the GM that it was sold as is and basically to just go screw myself. Id give them 0 stars if I could. This is also after they forced a quadriplegic veteran to sit at a desk for 8 hours so they could try and pitch us every bad finance option first until eventually getting it down to what we agreed on. Crap company with crap ethics More
