Friendly Audi Salesman took the time to explain all of the options and differences between Q5 and SQ5 models. Walked me through the trade in aspects of the transaction. Made sure we were connected properl the options and differences between Q5 and SQ5 models. Walked me through the trade in aspects of the transaction. Made sure we were connected properly with Audi Connect when picking up the car and provided follow up instruction videos for us to fully utilize this function. Marc Rubin has been extremely helpful in anserign questions and provding efficient service in the sales effort. Most recently, Marc arragned for a windshield to be sent from the East Coast to the Aud questions and provding efficient service in the sales effort. Most recently, Marc arragned for a windshield to be sent from the East Coast to the Audi Econdido, Ca. dearlership for replacement of my cracked windshield; this was after the Audi Mira Mar, Ca. dealership was unable and unwilling to source a new windshield for me. I really appreciated Marc's efforts to cut through the log jam created by the Mira Mar dealership. More

Marc Rubin and Rich Pizzo were extremely helpful to me in connection with an Audi TT that had to go back after only one year under the lease due to a sever electrical system problem.
