I wrote a review and then lost it. Because I had such a positive time working with Marc Rubin, I am going to write another. I shopped many different dealerships and many different brands and finally decid positive time working with Marc Rubin, I am going to write another. I shopped many different dealerships and many different brands and finally decided on Biener because of the availability and promptness with which Mr. Rubin answered questions, got back to me when I called, his exceptional knowledgability about the car, the fact that he was never pushy and always professional. I felt I could trust him so much that even though this dealership is not as geographically convenient as others to my home, I chose to come here. Kudos on having such a person on your staff! More

I have purchased many cars over the past 50 years. I have bought Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar and BMW. I found that dealing with Marc Rubin and Rich Pizzo to have been the best I have ever received. Extremely rude. I came in to inquire about purchasing or leasing a 2014 A4 after having a bad experience with a certified pre-owned vehicle from the same dealership. Was treated poorly and like my business did not matter. To quote our salesman 'I don't care if you buy the car or not'. Poor form. Switched to another dealer and couldn't be happier. This dealership literally took a lifetime customer and converted me to another vehicle maker. More

Without a doubt the most hassle free new vehicle buying experience I've ever had. I went in to buy a new Audi S5 and dealt with salesman Marc Rubin. I had my financing set up before arriving at the dealers experience I've ever had. I went in to buy a new Audi S5 and dealt with salesman Marc Rubin. I had my financing set up before arriving at the dealership. I was never pressured by the salesman to use Audi's financing and the price he gave me was right in line with what all the car buying research websites said it should be. When the Finance manager called me at home before I picked up the vehicle I was expecting him to try and sell me on their financing and extended warranties etc. All he asked was "When do you want the car ready to be picked up?". No hard sell or pressure to get me to purchase anything extra. Went in on a Monday and drove out with my car 3 days later. Unbelievably smooth transaction. More
