Absolutely love this dealership I was there to service my Jeep Wrangler because it needed to be serviced for oil change, tire adjustment etc... Booking the appointment was very easy, I was there to service my Jeep Wrangler because it needed to be serviced for oil change, tire adjustment etc... Booking the appointment was very easy, the agent was professional. The day of the service, I arrived earlier than scheduled but I was still welcomed by Marc Siegel. What a wonderful man. He is very professional and friendly. He was very helpful in letting me know what are my options, helped me with my concerns and even helped me get an extended warranty that will definitely come in handy. I felt appreciated by him and his great service. Honestly that’s the reason why I commute so far from Brooklyn, 26 miles each way. I will continue to do so because I am very satisfied with the service done on my car and the customer service given to me. More
