Best service department i have ever dealt with! I work all over the country and my hometown dealers service department absolutely dropped the ball on a repair. My truck was towed to east hills where I work all over the country and my hometown dealers service department absolutely dropped the ball on a repair. My truck was towed to east hills where I thought for sure I would not have my vehicle for days, These guys were on top of things within 10 minutes of truck being dropped off. I explained my situation and within an hour and a half my truck was repaired properly and I was on my way, Unbelieveable, cannot recommend these guys enough, More

Service center Marc is a friendly and attentive service representative. I'm providing this review in support of his attentive service earlier today. He provided in Marc is a friendly and attentive service representative. I'm providing this review in support of his attentive service earlier today. He provided information and transparency and was pleasant to deal with. The service center itself has a lower rating partly because of high pricing (out of his control) and lack of appropriate tailored service packages for leased vs. owned cars. Overall I don't feel very valued by Jeep and my main point of contact is the dealership - I've had Jeeps for over 20 years and the company could do something to acknowledge that loyalty (also out of his control and the dealership's control). Jeeps are good cards but more pricey than comparable alternatives today and the improvements that have been made year to year have not really shown through. Learn from Tesla. And perhaps Audi. More
