Superb service and one of the family. We purchased our vehicle a year ago from East Hills and it was due for an oil change and a 40k checkup. Though we live over an hour away we had a very good experience purchasing our vehicle there and decided to use the East Hills Service Department. Marc Siegel took excellent care of us and our Jeep and, like the others at East Hills, made us feel right at home. He is an excellent communicator and took us through our service options in detail. As the technicians spotted areas that needed attention he reviewed our options, made recommendations and gave us plenty of time to make our own decision with no pressure. Their prices are also impressive: we priced checked four new tires online and East Hills saved us over $100 on top of the line Michelins. As the day drew on Marc made sure we were comfortable and fed as we waited for our Jeep. He even took it upon himself to look at our car key that was giving us problems. There is no question that this place has the most professional, skilled, caring people working there and Marc is at the top. We wish them well this holiday season! More

Traveling home from vacation our truck broke down We were able to make it off the cross Island at 4:30 am and got to east hills dodge and waited until they opened . Everyone one was in earlier and they took us in right away ! What a pleasure because we were expecting to hear "you don't have an appointment?" Nope this service department is top notch ! We had our German Shepherd with us and they welcomed her in as well!! On top of that our truck was diagnosed and by 9:15 am we were paid and back on the road!! Marc Siegel is one of the nicest service advisors we have ever dealt with!! Thank you Marc for getting us fixed and out without any major time lost!! We wholeheartedly recommend East Hills Dodge. More

Be very careful here - I will never return! I took my car in for service to this dealership multiple times over several years and have never been happy with the result. On one occasion a part wa I took my car in for service to this dealership multiple times over several years and have never been happy with the result. On one occasion a part was installed incorrectly and lead to more damage to the car. When confronted with the results, the dealership made no attempt to fix the problem they had caused, claiming the issue was the result of normal wear and tear on the vehicle. The service representatives tried to conn me into replacing fluids on our vehicle that did not need replacing, claiming they had checked them. However, when the manager was confronted about this attempted conn, he told us all of his service is simply "recommended" despite it not being recommended according to the service manual. BE CAREFUL - apparently this dealership recommends services without verifying the vehicle does in fact need them. Finally, when I brought the car in for the last time and it was no longer under warranty, I were never told there would be a diagnostic fee. Upon dropping off the car, I was presented with an iPad form to sign. However, the part of the form that had the price was hidden from view (on purpose I'm sure) and I was never verbally informed of the fee. When I complained about not being told of the fee, I asked for the manager to be shown the iPad form in the manner it was presented, so he could see that it was misleading. His only response was "You signed it - in a court of law, I would win this case - a signed form is a signed form". This was clearly another attempt to conn the customer. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the care and service I received and will never return to this dealership. More

Service Appointment When we arrived for the appointment we were met by Marc Siegal, Service Advisor. He took the needed information, directed us to the waiting room. The repairs were done quickly and Marc advised as to when we should schedule another service appointment. All of this was done within an hour as he had said it would. A pleasant expierence. More
