Excellent service provided by Service Adviser Michael Casey I recently had a problem with a disturbing rattle sound coming from the rear of my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and Service Advisor Michael Casey helped in gett I recently had a problem with a disturbing rattle sound coming from the rear of my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and Service Advisor Michael Casey helped in getting the issue corrected last month. He had stated that he felt the issue was related to the suspension, and suggested replacing the link stabilizers. He had me back on the road in a very short time, and I can't overstate my satisfaction with the service I received. I have another jeep dealership located closer to my home in Westbury but have felt I have always been best served by driving the extra few miles to East Hills. Mike Casey only reinforced my positive view on the East Hills dealership. Thanks you Mike! P.S. Marc Siegel and Jon Piansky are two additional employees that have assisted me in the past and have also drawn me back to East Hills. Overall a great staff! More

The one issue I have, is that I was looking specifically at 2 used cars in the lot, and no one came out to offer assistance. Even when I was inside, looking, (especially the Black Wrangler, no one came up to me) Odd!!! I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. My 2009 Wrangler and my 2017 Grand Cherokee. This issue left a "sour taste in my mouth." I am not one to give this type of feedback, life's too short, but I think that the powers that be should be made aware of this. Maybe have my man Marc refresh your sales staff on customer service........... More

Service Department Performance I have been bring my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to East Hills Chrysler Jeep, where I purchased it over 6 years ago, for routine maintenance, unexpected I have been bring my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to East Hills Chrysler Jeep, where I purchased it over 6 years ago, for routine maintenance, unexpected repairs, recalls, and custom installations. Over the years I have come to know most of the Service Advisors, the Service Manager; as well as, some of the senior mechanics and find them all to be truly dedicated professionals. The Service Advisor that has serviced my needs more than others, and stands out as one of the best, is Mr. Marc Seigel. Marc works with me to ensure that only the service I need is addressed and that any unforeseen repairs are made. Marc's Service Manager Jon Piansky has done an excellent job of fostering a staff that are professional and courteous to their customers. More

Easy like Sunday morning! I brought my Jeep Cherokee, which I also purchased from East Hills, in for an inspection, tire rotation, and oil change the other day and the process I brought my Jeep Cherokee, which I also purchased from East Hills, in for an inspection, tire rotation, and oil change the other day and the process was smooth and effortless. My service manager, Marc Siegel, was professional, knowledgable, friendly, funny, and made the experience perfect! I especially like the communication from him. Shortly after checking in my car, I received a text from Marc letting me know I could contact him by simply replying to the text. They serviced my car quickly! Thank you, Marc and East Hills Jeep! More
