Marc Seigal is the only reason for this recommendation. After repeated negative experiences with the service department at East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I am relieved to say that I finally had a positive After repeated negative experiences with the service department at East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I am relieved to say that I finally had a positive experience and that is because of Marc Seigal. Marc was not phony and treated me like a PERSON! He was very informative and not pushy and had an overall pleasant demeanor. From here on in I will only request Marc as my Service Advisor and hope that his peers will follow suit and treat their customers as well as Marc does. More

Worst service EVER I had made an appointment for an oil change for 1:00pm. I called to see if I was able to come earlier and was told no problem. I arrived at 11:45am. I had made an appointment for an oil change for 1:00pm. I called to see if I was able to come earlier and was told no problem. I arrived at 11:45am. I was told it was over an hour and a half wait before I would be done with my service. At that point I was already there and figured I would wait it out. At 1:45pm I asked the service advisor how much longer my car would be. He told me My car was about to be taken in and it should be about 20 minutes. 40 minutes later my car was finally done. This is NOT the first time I have had this problem and NOTHING away done to make it better. I waited over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. There was no service manager there and when I spoke with the sales manager I was apologized to but again nothing to fix the situation. The service center at east hills does not stick to appointments at all. I was told Making an appointment is a tentative reservation and cannot be a guarantee the time your car is serviced. I will NEVER buy another jeep and I am currently looking for a new service center as well!!!!!! More

Excellent!!! I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for oil change. Unfortunately I did not purchase my vehicle from East Hills, I started taking my car to East I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for oil change. Unfortunately I did not purchase my vehicle from East Hills, I started taking my car to East Hills because the service department from where I did purchase my vehicle from (BS <--- one word, not that one) was horrible ... I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. So thank you Marc Siegel at the service department for your professional and excellent customer service. More

We were highly impressed with the courteous and attentive service provided by Marc. His customer services skills were excellent -- he kept us informed as the car was being diagnosed, provided clear and detailed explanations of the repairs to be done, and provided ongoing communication concerning the arrival of the parts and when the job would be completed. His follow-through was flawless. We have been servicing our cars at East Hills for numerous years, and I can say with confidence that Marc is a much-needed addition to the staff. More
