Marc Siegel is the service advisor I was fortunate to have oversee the maintenance of my 2015 Cherokee Jeep. Over the past several visits with Mr. Siegel I found his attention to detail and subject matter expertise to be superb when it comes to assess the maintenance needs of my Jeep. His service technicians are excellent. During those past several maintenance visits Mr. Siegel would always give an estimated time of completion for my particular service issues. Mr. Siegel and his service technicians would always finish the service tasks ahead of schedule / under the estimated time of completion. To include the 03/30/17 visit, Mr. Siegel and his service team averaged a little over 38 minutes under his estimated time of completion. This includes all the East Hills Jeep Service Center visits I made with my 2015 Jeep. Thank you. freedomfighter_6 More

He greeted me with a big smile and looked into how long it would take to address my issue. At first he said, about an hour.
