Very organized. Excellent service. Everyone I worked with was attentive, helpful, and accommodating. A problem with a faulty radio was ordered and fixed quickly. Of which when I asked to get fixed, he got a very nice serviceman to do it right away. The gentleman in the parts department was also friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service Center. I am giving everyone in the service department 5 stars since they all seemed to work in a team effort. More

THE ORIGINAL PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT THE MANUFACTUER WAS NICE ENOUGH TO COVER AN AFTER MARKET PART UNDER THE LEFT WITHOUT A LOANER CAR FOR A WEEK.
