Wheel/Tires Repair I had an appointment, and was at the dealership @ 7 AM, ( before hours of operation) yet the service department Representative, Mr. Marc Siegel prepa I had an appointment, and was at the dealership @ 7 AM, ( before hours of operation) yet the service department Representative, Mr. Marc Siegel prepared the intake of my vehicle. Marc recalled our prior conversation regarding the needed repairs, the mechanics/technicians identified the actual issue with my tires, what was needed to make repairs. Service rep, Mr Marc Siegel took the time to show me the issue, explain the repairs and costs and ensured that the vehicle would be repaired In a timely manner, A mechanic and two apprentices worked on the repairs, the vehicle was fixed quickly and returned to me as clean as I brought it in. Mr. Marc Siegel took the time to explain measures to take to avoid any further issues regarding my tires/ Wheels The dealership was clean, the bathrooms clean, the service department made available bagels with butter, cream cheese and different jellies, Coffee/tea hot chocolate was also provided as well, at no additional costs. A big screen tv was there for entertainment. Overall, great experience. More
