This is our fourth Subaru purchased at MetroWest Subaru. Went in to lease an Impreza unexpectedly after my car was totaled in an accident (no one hurt). We have worked with Marc before. He res This was our second new car purchase from Marc Soloway at MetroWest. We returned to work with Marc because we knew we'd get well taken care of. He responded promptly to our query, was accommodating with appointment times, explained the process, was very informative on the test drive. He explained the purchase process, told us what was available and when, went into detail about many of the features both before the purchase and after. He went over the electronics and made sure that my daughter, who will be the primary driver of the car understood how the safety features worked and how to manage a variety of situations. He made sure the tires had appropriate air in them before we took the car and explained what would happen with the plummeting temperatures to come. He made the whole process pleasant. I have been at many car dealerships in the past and never have I had a salesperson take such care through the whole process. More

Marc was very knowledgable about the Outback, and we realized that it ticked more of our "must-have" boxes than any of the alternatives--and even satisfied some criteria we hadn't been thinking about, and that Marc helped us to realize their importance.. We love the car and Marc was great to buy from. I'd recommend Marc and Metrowest Subaru to anyone in the market for a car. More
