He responded promptly to our query, was accommodating with appointment times, explained the process, was very informative on the test drive. He explained the purchase process, told us what was available and when, went into detail about many of the features both before the purchase and after. He went over the electronics and made sure that my daughter, who will be the primary driver of the car understood how the safety features worked and how to manage a variety of situations. He made sure the tires had appropriate air in them before we took the car and explained what would happen with the plummeting temperatures to come. He made the whole process pleasant. I have been at many car dealerships in the past and never have I had a salesperson take such care through the whole process. More

Multiple visits required; was pressured to make “appointments,” but upon arrival was repeatedly told we’d have to wait 30 mins or more. Worst part was our particular salesman, who defensively spent time talking about his advanced degrees as if ashamed to be a salesman; and who — when told we had to delay a visit due to a family member’s emergency illness and the need to fly cross-country to see him — responded that as a result the car price would be increased by $500. Strongly recommend against this dealership. More
