Horrible service took my car for a recall and ended up with a scratch. The manager in charge didn't do anything about it don't recommend next time don't let your oversized employees drive a coupe car and with a scratch. Marcio and his team are amazing from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend them any higher. I have a 2026 F250, got the UV liner, and it looks absolutely stunning. All the necessary repair was not made. Documents were not provided together with the key. I need to spend hours in the service to fix everything what suppose to be fixed. Services received were just as expected. One minor problem, one tire air valve cap was missing. The other three ties found all caps were very loose. So either the text failed to put one on or it was so loose it fell off. Outside of that the services were fine. I did request a military discount, but did not get one. Advance Auto parts gives me 10%. Thank you. More

Traveled an hour North to Sunrise Ford to have my bed LineX. The bed turned out fine, but did notice some overspray after the fact. Also of note, they would not LineX the Pro Tailgate on my F150.
