I have visible candy and/ or soda residue all around the shift console. I have small child great fingerprints in the rear right passenger window. None of the dash or instrument cluster was cleaned.its a mess! Finally,I was told the wash track crew inadvertantly disposed of my floor mats and I now have none. The salesman was 5 stars! More

If you have any kind of problem you can forget getting anywhere with these people. I bought a $44,000 truck, soon as they got paid they wouldn’t return my calls. Had me walking back and forth between thei anywhere with these people. I bought a $44,000 truck, soon as they got paid they wouldn’t return my calls. Had me walking back and forth between their body shops to make an appointment to fix some dents and scratches that were previously in the truck. Then left me sitting for 25 minutes while they goofed off dancing around and talking bs with each other. Talking about how he can’t wait to get off work tonight. Took my information in my name down and once again never called me back. 6 weeks later they say not only will they not honor their promise to fix the dents and scratches but they will not be giving me a loaner car if I were to have them fix it which I was promised.Also I was having mechanical issues with the vehicle shaking and sputtering, they didn’t want to hear about that either not interested. Was probably going to have me walk in circles around her shops back-and-forth again, claiming it’s the other guy that fixes that it’s the other guy that fixes that.. The cars they sell you can literally buy anywhere don’t take a chance just go somewhere else. They probably get their moms to leave them five star reviews. I went down the street and traded the lemon in just to wash my hands of it. More
