Frustrating lot Was there looking for a new vehicle on Sunday 8/25/19. First visit. Was in the high 90's for temperature and having walking problems (temporary handi Was there looking for a new vehicle on Sunday 8/25/19. First visit. Was in the high 90's for temperature and having walking problems (temporary handicapped place card). Wanted and tried to drive my car up and down the lanes of vehicles to check out what was on lot. ALL the lanes were closed off at the end requiring me to back up the enter lane. Was very frustrating. After trying numerous lanes I was very frustrated and told the sales person how frustrating it was. I was told they were blocked off to prevent theft. Well it also prevents customers from seeing vehicles without walking the lot. Went to other lots and didn't have that problem. I will not be back to your business. I did find a vehicle I will buy at another Chevy Dealer. More

Bought a car during a workout We stopped by the dealership to get my son's current car serviced. On the way out of the dealership my son spotted a car that he immediately liked and We stopped by the dealership to get my son's current car serviced. On the way out of the dealership my son spotted a car that he immediately liked and frankly thought he could never afford. Markell Johnson was actually walking into work with his lunch box still in his hand. Immediately came to our aid, answered all of our questions promptly and immediately went to work on the deal. We left and went to the gym and he had the car ready for us when we arrived back after lunch. Markell was very personable and made the entire process effortless. I would highly recommend dealing with Markell Johnson and Tampa Ferman Chevy to anyone. More
